Please note, there is some sharpening due to reduction/cropping in some of the images below in order to fit some of the larger examples on the page – it is noted above the image if there was any alteration. Otherwise, the photos were untouched – no color correction or any other changes. JPEGs were saved as “high” and all were saved with the exact same settings.
I tried to get the best picture I could without the Clarifi, using the normal iPhone camera, with lighting better than you would normally find in a library or another similar location. I then took another photo with the Clarifi from nearly the same spot, but quite a bit closer (since part of the Clarifi’s appeal is that it’s able to focus from a closer distance). It’s not exactly scientific, but I think you would be hard pressed to get better photos unless you mounted the iPhone on a stand and had some intense lighting shining perfectly on the object you are photographing.
