Ancestry 3.1 iOS App Reviewed – Genealogy Tools

Ancestry.com released Ancestry 3.1 yesterday, a significant update.

While I’m working on a post discussing Apple’s announcements about their new iPad (iPad 3 or iPad HD?) as well as the iPhoto and iWork updates, I thought I’d point out a nice review of the new version of Ancestry.

Ben over at Genealogy Tools has posted a review of just the new features, using an iPad.

He shows off the new hint feature which shows you people who have possible hints about researching them. The new relationship calculator is featured as well, although it maybe limited to showing relationships to the main person in the tree. There is also more information that can be recorded about photos.
